We are a team of principals, investors, and advisors—all who bring a unique passion and a refreshing common-sense approach to smaller middle market companies. Our growing team brings decades of operating, management, and investment experience to help guide our companies towards a path to continued success for all of our stakeholders in the long-run. There are no overnight successes in this business.
Our vision and focus is one of strategic long-term value creation and capital appreciation through growth of revenues and cash flow, not through financial engineering. Instead of looking for the proverbial "ten-bagger", or grand-slam, we seek to grind out consistent singles, doubles, and occasional triples over the long run and can hold our investments indefinitely to achieve our long-term vision.
This type of approach can be very rewarding for both buyers and sellers. It all boils down to buying companies, and subsequently growing and making them more sustainable in the long run.
Our goal is not only to make good companies great, we aim to keep them at that level. We know from decades of experience what it takes to maintain a high-level of operational efficiency, long-term sustainability, and growth.
We partner with our companies not just on the management level, but at any and every part of the business where we can add value and strategic direction to our companies' operations.
Our experiences have taught us that it is better to do the right deal wrong than the wrong deal right. For this reason, we remain highly disciplined and selective in our investments
